Returns:
Our Policy lasts 7 days. After 7 days have gone since your purchase unfortunately we can't accept a refund or exchange.
If the item is not in original condition, is damaged,d or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds may be approved.
We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labels. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. No Exceptions...
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact delivery time) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
For a faster return, we offer a refund via Store Rewards once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Shipping Rates are non-refundable
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a restocking fee or we may decline the total return.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: We can't accept returns on ( SALE ITEMS or gift cards ). All swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates, are final sale and non-refundable.
Items bought on fashionlenza.com Online Shop will gladly be accepted and processed through our Returns Portal if requested within 7 days of the shipment delivery date.
Before you start
please check your items & make sure there are no stains before contacting us for a refund.
items must be unwashed & not being used at all *items with strong odors like smoke, detergent, etc. Can’t qualify for a full refund at all, items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
Worn/dirty clothing or missing pieces, tags, or labels will not be accepted for a full refund.
Domestic U.S. Return label fees are calculated and deducted from your refund.
Outside of the United States: Unfortunately, we do not offer a return label for international orders at this time.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, to send your package to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, sale items can't be refunded, are not returnable and no-exchanges
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. But If the package is damaged but the item is intact Claim directly with the delivery carrier service.
We do not control third-party services.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
