Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging with SKU labels

Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, washing, alterations, or missing packaging may not qualify for a refund and can be subject to a restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items

  • Swimwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Intimates

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds to the original payment method are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Domestic return label fees may be deducted from your refund

  • International orders are currently final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can make it right.

Reserved Rights

FASHIONLENZA reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of excessive wear, misuse, missing components, or suspected fraudulent activity, including “wardrobing.”
